CCRS ONLINE LIVERPOOL HOPE STUDENTS Person of Christ Module
The module is for Liverpool Hope QTS Yr 2 & 3 and MEDQTS; PGCE, School Direct/NQT only. 
The module will open on 16 April 2026 and close on 11 June 2026, with the end of module assignment due no later than 11 June 2026. Following registration, the course administrator will contact shortly before the module opens on 16 April with further information and login details. Assessment for the module requires your online engagement plus a 1500 word written assignment.

Course Description
The module examines the significance and centrality of the person and work of Jesus Christ in the life and teaching of the Roman Catholic Church. Learning outcomes will enable you to:
1) Recognise the diversity of images relating to the Person of Jesus.
2) Relate these images to the social and cultural context in which they were shaped and expressed.
3) Appreciate the mission of Jesus to proclaim the Kingdom of God.
4) Recognise the centrality of the person of Jesus as both fully human and fully divine.
The module is assessed by full attendance and participation, and by a 1500 word essay.
