Liverpool Hope is committed to the development of its staff to meet University, Faculty and team goals and objectives as well as to provide opportunities for professional and personal development. Staff development is increasingly important in meeting the challenges facing the HE sector. A core programme of events are produced each year is to provide all staff members with an opportunity to improve knowledge and skills and engage in developmental activities increasing their effectiveness as a member of staff.
