Parking Permits Parking Enforcement The purchase and display of a parking permit does not entitle the holder to a guaranteed space on the University Car Parks. Use of the Car Parks is on first come, first served basis. Car Parks will be regularly monitored and failure to abide by the University's car parking regulations may result in the issuing of a legally enforceable Parking Charge Notice (PCN) and/or the irrevocably withdrawal of a car parking permit.
