To equip managers with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to recognise, address and manage poor performance and capability concerns fairly, consistently and constructively within Liverpool Hope

The session focuses on early intervention, effective performance conversations, appropriate support, documentation, and working with People Services in accordance with the capability policy and procedures.
