To equip managers with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to manage employee absence fairly, consistently and compassionately, while balancing employee wellbeing, operational requirements and the needs of the wider team.
The session focuses on proactive absence management, effective communication, return-to-work conversations, supporting employees with ongoing health issues, appropriate documentation, and working effectively with People Services and Occupational Health services.
