WHERE: Eden Building, Liverpool Hope University, Taggart Avenue, L16 9JD

WHAT: This Day Conference affords PGR students from Liverpool Hope an opportunity to discuss research intended to improve policy or practice across a wide range of domains, including education, healthcare, criminology, and social work. It features work by PhD, Professional Doctorate students and other PGR students from a variety of disciplines on topics including, COVID 19, school discipline, the mental health of trans people and green criminology. Dr Katherine Furman, Senior Lecturer of Philosophy, Politics and Economics at University of Liverpool provides a keynote lecture entitled, ‘How to think about public health interventions in contexts of distrust’.
