Please note that your transcript will only show confirmed results and therefore, any provisional results for courses you are currently studying will not show.

Refunds will only be given if the order is cancelled before the transcript is produced.  

You should expect to receive a replacement transcript within 2-4 weeks (please allow extra time for addresses outside the UK and during our busiest periods of June, July, December and January).
