Your letter will contain the following detailed information:

• Degree title
• mode of study (part-time or full-time)
• dates of study
• location of study
• location of exams
• face to face learning

Please note not all requests can be fulfilled due to the nature of historical data being archived.  Whilst every effort will be made, there may be difficulties locating certain information to produce a letter.

As a requirement of the University to comply with Data Protection Legislation, your order for a letter confirming your award must be accompanied by a valid form of identity (e.g. a copy of your passport, driving licence, birth certificate). If your name has changed since the time of your study, we will also require proof of your original name (e.g. birth certificate, marriage certificate or deed poll).

Please Note: If you have an outstanding debt to Liverpool Hope University then you may not be eligible to receive an official letter. You should expect to receive your letter within 2-4 weeks (please allow extra time for addresses outside the UK and during our busiest period of June, July December and January).
