• Make your payment online
• Print off your receipt and take along to the Student Gateway or at the Faculty Office at the Creative Campus to collect. (Please allow 2 working days when collecting from the Creative Campus)

Hours of opening:  Mon - Fri  9.00am to 5.00pm

*Please note that once you have purchased your Replacement ID Card, we will not be able to refund you the £5 if you find your old card. As once the cards are printed it will override the lost card, this makes it inactive and will not work. *
