DescriptionThe benefits of exercise and movement for all of us, at all ages, are extensively researched and documented. In addition, there is the positive effect of setting goals and being motivated to achieve those goals through movement and training to enhance our physical and mental wellbeing. Our reasons for setting new goals should not be based on having one too many libations on New Year’s Eve. Let’s keep our fitness goals realistic and achievable. New Year’s Day is a tough time, as is the whole of January, to be strictly disciplined, adopt a zero-tolerance mindset to your diet and nutrition and often, we then give ourselves a tough time when our New Year Resolutions are broken. Our aim is to of support you through your 2026 exercise and fitness journey.
