Due to the Data Protection Act we are required to keep information relating to Degrees obtained for six years after completion. Whilst every effort will be made to locate archived results, information before 1998 is limited and sometimes results cannot be found. If you are a Psychology student, and you need a transcript to confirm your eligibility for Graduate Membership of the British Psychological Society, or the Society's Graduate Basis for Registration, please contact [email protected].

Refunds will only be given if the order is cancelled before the transcript is produced or if for any reason we cannot find your information.

If your transcript order is for the WES (World Education Services),  the University requires a copy of your Academic Records Request Form with your WES Reference Number.  If you have not supplied this information, please scan this document to [email protected].

As a requirement of the University is to comply with Data Protection Legislation, your order for a transcript must be accompanied by a valid form of identity (e.g. a copy of your passport, driving licence, birth certificate). If your name has changed since the time of your study, we will also require proof of your original name (e.g. birth certificate, marriage certificate or deed poll).

Please email proof of your identity to [email protected] quoting your full details (full name, date of birth). Do not send documents by post. Your order will not be processed until we receive your documents.

You should expect to receive a transcript within 2-4 weeks (please allow extra time for addresses outside the UK and during our busiest periods of June, July, December and January).
