The administration charge for a certified copy of your qualification is £15.00

Cost per 1 Copy = £15 + £5 for additional Copies

Please note, there can only be one original certificate in existence at any one time. If you require a certified copy of your degree certificate, please provide one photocopy of your document which will be certified as a true copy by the University or send in your original certificate which will be photocopied and certified.

As a requirement of the University is to comply with Data Protection Legislation, your order for a certified copy of your qualification must be accompanied by a valid form of identity (e.g. a copy of your passport, driving licence, birth certificate). If your name has changed since the time of your study, we will also require proof of your original name (e.g. birth certificate, marriage certificate or deed poll).

Please email proof of your identity to [email protected] quoting your full details (full name, date of birth). Do not send documents by post. Your order will not be processed until we receive your documents.

Following the completion of your order and payment, you should either send a scanned copy of your original certificate via e-mail ([email protected]), or call in with a photocopy of the original to the Gateway Building, Hope Park.

Please Note: You should expect to receive a certified copy within 2-4 weeks (please allow extra time to an address outside the UK, or during our busiest periods of June, July, Dec & Jan).
