Description
This course is the Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies and is a face to face taught course and is led by Maggie McDaid. It has taken place on Saturdays throughout the academic year 2012-2013.
There is a £20.00 registration fee, which must be paid before certificates are awarded.
Detailed Description
The CCRS certificate is awarded by the Board of Studies and is highly regarded in Catholic schools. It is a national qualification and Liverpool Hope University is a recognised centre for the CCRS.
There are 6 taught modules which are:
- Church
- Sacraments
- Morality
- Old Testament
- New Testament
- Christology
Additionally there are two specialist modules which are about teaching in a Catholic school.
