• If you require a more detailed bespoke official letter for emigration/employment purposes (e.g Qatar) this letter will contain your degree title, award details, mode of study (part-time or full-time), location of study, location of exams, type of study, face to face learning and dates of study.

Please note not all requests can be fulfilled due to the nature of historical data archived.  Whilst every effort will be made, there may be difficulties locating certain information to produce a letter.

As a requirement of the University to comply with Data Protection Legislation, your order for a letter confirming your award must be accompanied by a valid form of identity (e.g. a copy of your passport, driving licence, birth certificate). If your name has changed since the time of your study, we will also require proof of your original name (e.g. birth certificate, marriage certificate or deed poll).
