Hope Well-being Festival

Liverpool Hope University invites staff and students to take part in our Well-being Festival on World Mental Health Day, Tuesday 10th October.

The theme for this year’s event is about celebrating the five ways to wellbeing: connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give.

Come and join us for activities, workshops and to meet some inspiring agencies and people to demonstrate, promote and celebrate all the different ways we can support our own wellbeing. There will be laughter yoga, belly dancing, henna art, mindfulness and puppies to help boost your mood and much more.
