Detailed Description

There are 2 types of invoices: 

Invoice numbers beginning with a 3 are 7 digits long.

Account numbers begin with 2000**** and are 8 digits long.

Invoice numbers beginning with a 1 are 5 digits long.

Account numbers begin with 2000**** and are 8 digits long.
