Detailed Description
Dyslexia assessments are carried out by an Educational Psychologist.
1) Please click here (the page will open up in a new window/tab)
2) Select the option part way down the page that says
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
3) In the Google Calendar page - Click on an open appointment slot where the Dr's name appears. Once you have selected this it will be added to your personal Google Calendar.
4) Once you have confirmed this, please go back to the window on the store and select the Add to Basket tab to ensure you make the payment.
If you should Fail to make the payment this will result in you not being booked onto the assessment.
You should receive an email confirming your payment.
