North West Network for Colonial Histories: Inaugural Symposium - Non-Participants

North West Network for Colonial Histories: Inaugural Symposium

£35.00

Description

Date: Tuesday 25th June
Time: 10am-5pm

As a subject of scholarly enquiry, colonialism is of central importance to the human experience. The impacts of colonialism are global and pervasive; they are felt in international, domestic, religious, ethnic, gender, political, criminal and institutional contexts. Although scholars work across different periods and geographical regions, there are often parallels, connections, and methodological resonances. This symposium aims to foster dialogue and collaboration between scholars of colonial history working in the unique, imperially-connected contexts of North West England.
