Building Hope: A Collaborative Leadership Workshop, 3rd July

Building Hope: A Collaborative Leadership Workshop, 3rd July

Date:3rd July
Time: 9.30 - 4pm

In today’s volatile business environment, personal and organisational resilience is paramount for sustained success, and there is a proven connection between a clear sense of purpose, and individual and organizational resilience. There is also a profoundly moral element to purpose-led leadership. Our Leadership Workshop aims to allow leaders the space to reflect on their own sense of purpose as a leader and their role in building organizational resilience.

Detailed Description

The Leadership Workshop seeks to encourage senior leaders to:

•    Discover and articulate their personal purpose, grounding them in their values and guiding principles.
•    Understand how personal purpose influences leadership behaviors and decision-making in times of adversity.
•    Evaluate the impact of purpose-driven leadership on organizational resilience and adaptability.

Key Components:

•    Self-Reflection Exercises: Guided activities to help leaders explore their personal purpose and reflect on how it shapes their leadership approach, fostering greater self-awareness and authenticity.
•    Interactive Discussions: Facilitated conversations on the role of purpose-driven leadership in building organisational resilience, drawing on real-world examples and best practices we have experienced.
•    Action Planning: Collaborative sessions to develop concrete action plans for integrating personal purpose into leadership practices, fostering resilience at both individual and organisational levels

Key Questions for our Discussion:

•    How does your personal purpose influence your approach to leading through uncertainty and change?
•    In what ways can personal purpose contribute to building greater resilience and adaptability?
•    How do you foster a culture of resilience within your team or organisation, grounded in shared values and purpose?
•    What are the ethical considerations and trade-offs involved in leading resiliently during challenging times?
•    What steps can you take to align personal purpose with organisational goals and priorities, driving resilience and sustainable growth?

We will do this together through self-discovery, reflection, and collaborative learning. Participants will not only enhance their own effectiveness but also contribute to building a more resilient and adaptive organisation.
We invite you to join us in this transformative journey towards leadership excellence and organisational resilience.

Lunch will be provided.
