Staff Car Park PermitsDistribution of Car Parking Permits Staff Please apply for your parking permit by selecting one of the options below. All Staff requiring a car park permit must complete this process even those colleagues for whom there is no charge ie. Blue Badge holders. You will be responsible for you car parking permit and must print @ home your confirmation email and display in your window. Parking Enforcement University Car Parks will be regularly monitored to ensure an orderly scheme of parking is enforced. Failure to abide by the University's car parking regulations may result in the issuing of a legally enforceable Parking Charge Notice (PCN) and/or the irrevocably withdrawal of a car parking permit. Grade 6 & BelowDescriptionThis section is for Staff who are Grade 6 or below and who would like their car park either deducted from Salary of 12 equal monthly payments or Pay in FULL You are required to print your own permit from your confirmation email. Monthly - If you select the option titled Monthly this means that the funds will be deducted from Salary 12 Equal Monthly Payments. This item shows as 'free of charge' due to funds being deducted from your salary. In full - If you select the option titled In full, this means you will pay the a fee of £140.00. This will ensure you have parking for the full academic year. Note- You will be responsible for your staff car parking permit. See email for print @ home confirmation. If you lose your permit please contact Rebecca McCoy via email [email protected] Staff members who pay in full are required to purchase a permit annually. Staff who would like the funds taken out over a monthly basis will not get a new permit and will re-use the permit purchased from academic year 2016/2017 onwards.
